Some days, like today, I feel self-conscious about my fair skin and auburn-y hair and how I feel that I stick out like a sore thumb amidst the perpetually tan and blonde people. Then I see a photograph such as this one and I feel beautiful and special.
Tomorrow I have to submit my final paper and then I am officially done with the most challenging semester of my undergraduate career.. I am so excited that I just might adorn my own head with roses.
